~Front Doors: All front doors must be
black and the same pattern/ style throughout the community. Beginning in 2017, the window is not required at the top of the door and in place of windows can be 2 square panels.

~Fences: Fences must be white vinyl. Once an owner fences in their backyard, the landscaper no longer maintains the backyard. Owner is responsible for fence maintenance to include power washing.
