Dear Resident of Delta Ridge Townhomes,
As the Board begins to budget for 2027, they would like information on how to move forward with deck maintenance costs. Therefore they would like to know of any concerns you have with your deck. Items such as wobbly handrails, rotten floor boards, stairs that are not stable, support piers that may be starting to rot at ground level etc. Please send pictures and a description of the issue to Bonita Giles—bonitagiles@towneproperties.com no later than August 14th.
